Make your own natural deodorant

Is your armpit skin very sensitive? Don’t you like the smell of common deodorants? Or do you not want to use chemical beauty products? Then you can use these recipes to learn how to make your own natural deodorant.

Side effects from the use of deodorant

There are numerous studies on this subject because this personal care product is used very widely by both men and women. Most consumers do not read all the details about the composition of the products and do not know whether these can cause skin problems, for example.

Most brands use aluminum, which clogs the pores of our skin. As a result, the skin cannot breathe and perspiration is prevented.

The problem is that the natural temperature control is immediately interrupted. As a result, the body cannot work properly, which can have negative consequences.

Also, some studies have found that the frequent use of anti-perspirants can cause breast cancer as the dangerous substances penetrate the skin and settle in the chest area.

You can tell it’s bad deodorant if you don’t use it for a day and your armpits start to smell worse. The substances get stuck in the armpits, the same can be observed with clothing.

There are then two options: to buy anti-perspirants without aluminum or to make a mild care product yourself.
