  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed or squeezed with a garlic press
  • Juice of 1 or 2 lemons
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise (240 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon coriander, dill or parsley (15 g)
  • Salt (to taste)

  • Peel and cook the potatoes. Then cut into very small cubes. The potatoes shouldn’t cook too long so that they don’t fall apart later when you mix all the ingredients for the salad.
  • Now repeat the process with the carrots: peel, boil and cut into small cubes.
  • Then wash the peas well and steam them. You can also add some young corn if you like.
  • Then finely chop the celery stalks, onions and coriander, dill or parsley.
  • Next, cut the apple into small cubes.
  • When you have all the ingredients ready, put them in a large bowl along with the mayonnaise. Then mix everything together well.
  • Finally, put the salad in a cool place. Then serve and enjoy!
