Natural, homemade ice cream
It is easy to make delicious ice cream yourself at home, it is also good entertainment with children. We present three different types: ice cream with fruits, with fruits and milk and with teas.
- The first variant with fruits is particularly recommended in summer, as it contains a lot of water and has a refreshing effect. We recommend, for example, ice cream with watermelon, peach, raspberries, lemon or a mixture of different fruits such as melon, pear, apple or cherry and orange. Cut the fruit and then mix with ice cubes. A delicious dessert is created in a matter of minutes. The fewer additives the recipe contains, the more natural and healthier the ice cream is.
- The second option is the most popular. This ice cream tastes very similar to the one you buy. Milk and yogurt make this dessert creamy, and they are usually available in the refrigerator, especially in households with children. You can add an egg so that the ice cream also contains protein and is even creamier. Any fruit can be used for this, bananas, peaches or pineapples taste particularly good.
- The third variant is ice cream made from tea or tea with expelled ice. Prepare the tea as usual and then put it in the fridge. Then mix with the broken ice, as well as the fruit. Ice cream tastes best with green tea, cinnamon, apple, black or peppermint tea.
