White Tea Can Help You Lose Weight
Although it is not necessary to follow a special diet plan in order to lose weight with white tea, it is advisable to ensure a healthy diet and adequate exercise and fluid intake .

- 1 medium serving of cooked vegetables
- a cup of fruit salad
- 1 cup of white tea
For in-between:
- 1 yogurt
- a piece of fruit
- 1 cup of white tea
If you also want to eat in the afternoon, you can choose one of the following options, as in the morning:

- Skimmed yogurt or 1 piece of diet cheese
- If you don’t like the other two options, you can also have a fruit (no sugar) or vegetable smoothie.
In addition, you should drink another cup of tea before bed. With this diet, you should pay close attention to the portion size and avoid consuming foods that are high in sugar.
You should also exercise at least 40 minutes a day.
